Originally from London, England, Bob Eggleston contributes international experience to Village on Main. Bob is best known in the area for his role in bringing Tulsa’s newest icon and largest public project to fruition as Construction Executive for the BOK Center. He also oversaw the construction of the new Performing Arts Center at Cascia Hall Preparatory School. Most recently, as lead developer, Bob announced the proposed private $38 million mixed use ‘One Place Development’, located in the heart of downtown Tulsa across from the BOK Center. Bob lived and worked in both Chicago, IL and Marina Del Ray, CA prior to moving to Oklahoma. He is proud to have had his hand in projects totaling in excess of $1 billion across the United States as well as in Europe.Bob has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from The City University in London as well as various other professional certifications and affiliations. He lives in South Tulsa with his wife, Dianna, daughter and son. Bob has 3 children who currently live in the UK as well. He enjoys traveling, dabbling with computers and spending time with his family.

Garrett Mahaney

Garrett Mahaney graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in accounting and finance in 1999 and quickly entered the workforce by creating and opening his own mortgage company, GM Mortgage, with his older brother. They partnered with Express Mortgage of Tulsa in 2000 and since that time, GM Mortgage has today grown to be one of the largest residential mortgage companies in Oklahoma. Knowing he was leaving the mortgage company in capable hands, Garrett decided to join the Leinbach Company in 2004 where he specialized in commercial financing, new construction, brokerage, and acquisitions. While there, Garrett met Duane Phillips and formed a great working relationship that inevitably led to the Village on Main partnership that we see today. Garrett lives in Jenks with his daughter Kate, 5, and his 3 year old son Jacob. If he is not spending time at Grand Lake, Garrett can be found running, golfing, and in front of the television watching OU football.

Jenny Laubach

Jenny Laubach has claimed the Tulsa area as “home” all her life. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in marketing, Jenny has lived and worked on both coasts and brings those valuable experiences with her to the Village on Main table. Most recently, Jenny served as the local marketing liaison for Tulsa’s new BOK Center during the construction phase of the project. She assisted with premium seating sales, sponsorships and the creation of founding partnership agreements. Immediately prior to becoming part of the Village on Main team, however, Jenny took a hiatus from the corporate world to do what she considers the most important job of her career….staying home to raise her now 18 month old daughter!

Jenny lives in Tulsa with her husband, Lance, and 2 children, Noah and Paden. She enjoys traveling and anything that involves Oklahoma Sooner football!

Ben Edwards

Ben Edwards has been involved with more than $400 Million of construction projects in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and California. Two notable projects are the “Inn of the Mountain Gods” a hotel, casino, resort in the mountains of Ruidoso, NM and the “BOK Center” a world class multi-use arena designed by Cesar Pelli. With project experience including retail, multi-family mid-rise residential, hotel, restaurant, gaming, public assembly, ranging in size from $1 million to $150 million, his expertise aligns perfectly with the future of Village on Main. Ben moved back to the Tulsa area 3 years ago and currently lives in South Tulsa. He is heavily involved with Tulsa Young Professionals organization and enjoys fishing and the outdoors. [/column]
